Awana is fun with a purpose – to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Cubbies will enjoy games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities each night in Awana. They will get to know the special characters of Cubbies: Cubbie Bear, Luv E. Lamb, Ern E. Elephant, Zip E. Zebra and Gigi Giraffe. These fun characters will take preschoolers on a thrilling journey through God's Word. They will learn key basic truths about God, Jesus, salvation and the Bible.
Before starting a handbook, newcomers to Cubbies are taken through an introductory brochure that gives parents and children a brief overview of the program and presents God’s plan of salvation at a preschooler’s level.Once the clubber completes the Entrance Booklet, he or she will be eligible to purchase a handbook, and vest.The cost is $10.50 for Cubbie Vest and $9.50 for Cubbies handbook.
